VELDOREN allows eligible orders to be cancelled until fulfilment. Continue to your VELDOREN customer account, select the relevant order and submit the available cancellation request.
A submitted cancellation request does not necessarily mean that
the order has already been cancelled. You will receive confirmation
once the request has been processed.
