Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery

Goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany)

We do not charge any shipping costs.

International Deliveries

We calculate international shipping costs based on the order value (gross value of goods).

Delivery Times

For goods individually designed according to the customer's specifications, the proof for approval will be prepared within 3–5 days after conclusion of the contract.

The design work and delivery of the goods will be completed within 7 days after approval of the proof (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.

Unless a different delivery period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered:

within Germany within 3–5 days after conclusion of the contract;
for international deliveries within 5–7 days after conclusion of the contract.

In the case of agreed advance payment, the delivery period begins after the date of your payment instruction.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item in your order with the longest delivery time.
